A security deposit of £200.00 per apartment is asked, to prevent damages to the apartments & breaches of Terms&Conditions. Minimum age of guests is 21 year(s). Guests over 21 years old are considered as adults. The maximum no. of people per apartment cannot exceed the no. of guests listed on the booking. Extra visitors are not allowed. If this condition is breached guests will be charged the full security deposit as a penalty.
