In our opinion, good service is the most important. Our conference hostess and our technicians will help with everything from AV equipment, photocopies to food and beverages during the meeting and they will make sure that everything works like it should. To make your meeting as easy for you as possible, all our meeting packages are all inclusive – so you need not worry about a supplementary bill.
Our premises:
Our flexible conference rooms are all equipped with air-condition, up-to-date AV equipment and free high-speed internet. In addition, we have a green courtyard with two pavilions in the conference area, suitable for the small and intimate meetings.
Furthermore, we have our own private parking lot, making it easy for you to arrive by car.

Rooms
All of our 155 rooms are decorated in respect of our lovely, historical building. Each room has its own details, and not two rooms are completely alike. Besides our 155 rooms, we offer 2 large penthouse apartments, Arthur Aparts. Are you travelling with your family, with friends or do you need to a quiet and aesthetic workspace in Copenhagen we suggest a penthouse apartment.

To make sure you get the best start to your day, we have selected the food at our buffet with great care. Our kitchen is inspired by the New Nordic cuisine – fresh local ingredients, organics and sustainability. We believe in quality over quantity.
We source our ham, salami and award-winning cheeses at Knuthenlund, a highly acclaimed family run organic farm in Lolland. Our bread is from a local baker who uses organic flour from Bornholm and Nordic grains, and the jam is homemade by seasonal produce like sea buckthorn, rose hip, mirabelle, rhubarb or strawberries. We are looking forward to introducing you to our breakfast buffet, which offers much more, among other seasonal vitamin-rich fruit juices, scrambled eggs and salted organic.
Grab’n’Go – when you are too busy for breakfast
Order Grab’n’Go if you are too busy for breakfast, or have to leave early. For DKK 79 you will get coffee, a bread roll, fresh fruit and mineral water. Grab’n’Go is available from 6.15 to 7.30. Ask at reception or directly in the breakfast restaurant.

When staying at Hotel Kong Arthur, you don’t need to worry about finding a place to park your car. We have a private parking lot and parking spaces in front of the hotel. It’s almost always possible to find a free space. You enter the parking lot via Nansensgade 49. Please note that Nansensgade is a one way street.
