Please contact the hotel for the key code if you arrive after 9 p.m. All 52 apartments have their own work area. The sleeping area is separated in almost every apartment, creating a balanced symbiosis between work and rest area. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies may apply. Each extra bed is charged with EUR 27.00 per night. You are welcome to use our e-charging stations, which are available daily from 9:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. One full charge is € 30.00 (battery size of 70 KW) or € 5.00 for hybrid vehicles.

Arriving by car

You can reach the Essen city area via the A52, exit Essen-Rüttenscheid, then follow the signs Messe / Gruga. The Concierge Hotel is located opposite the Messe Ost entrance in the immediate vicinity. If you arrive via the A40, please take the Essen-Zentrum exit and follow the signs Messe / Gruga. The Concierge Hotel is located opposite the Messe Eingang Ost.

Arriving by public transportation

From Essen Central Station take the U11 towards Messe. In 5 minutes you reach the station Messe Ost / Gruga. Here you get off and see the Concierge Hotel already facing the Messe Ost.
