It offers a high end lounge with large-screen televisions and comfortable fare as well as a sweeping patio featuring a fireplace, outdoor grill and direct connection to the active night scene on Chippewa. Avant?s stunning architecture has quickly become a downtown signature. The gradual, undulating, glass wave on the front of the building creates a distinctive profile, as well as a "bump out" of additional space in Executive Suites on the east side of the building. While each hotel room has it's own distinct view including Lake Erie, the Niagara River, City Hall, cityscapes and even the mist of Niagara Falls ? these "bump out" rooms offer stunning floor-to-ceiling city views with the feeling of being suspended over Delaware Avenue below. Both areas have controlled access for hotel guests. An airport shuttle is available to all guests for a $10 fee one way, per room.
